Rosti Automotive Larkhall Ltd. are one of J.F.M. Electrical Ltd. longest serving customers and we have built a great relationship with the company and the people involved there throughout the years.

One of the main projects that J.F.M. Electrical Ltd. have carried out on site is the upgrade of the entire High & Low Voltage electrical distribution networks. This was due to an increase in production which had increased the current demand on the main supply. We employed Schneider to upgrade the HV network (Installation of 2no 11KVA Transformers and associated cabling and switchgear) which we worked in conjunction with them as the main contractor. We then upgraded the entire Low Voltage network which included replacing all switch boards and power factor correction units which were supplied by Schneider and installed by J.F.M. Electrical Ltd.

We have also carried out various other electrical projects on site including the Electrical fit out of the brand new warehouse and distribution facility which was built last year. This project consisted of distribution boards, power supplies for loading bay ramps and doors, various 3 phase and single phase socket points as well as charging points for forklifts and pallets trucks. We installed all the external floodlighting mounted on lighting columns and also on the building itself plus all emergency and escape lighting. We also installed low energy LED industrial light fittings throughout the warehouse areas which has now been standardised throughout the entire production area by ourselves. This is a massive energy saving across the board for a company who are operational in excess of 150 hours a week. Low energy lighting is well up the list of services we can supply including full lighting design and energy savings including payback etc.

To complete the warehouse and distribution facility project, we installed 2 FAAC low tracker sliding gates, this is straight forward for deliveries and pickups coming to and from the loading bays. Many of the drivers have also got their own key fobs for ease of access. This also allows complete security on site.
